Air Filtration & WHR (CTP) solutions
Reliable air filtration and WHR solutions for heavy-duty cement processes
Cement and lime are the main reference markets for CTP since 1970. Being one of the most dusty industries, our equipment for gas treatment are designed for the heaviest process applications such kiln/raw mill, clinker coolers, cement and coal grinding and kiln bypass. Bag Filters, Gas Conditioning Towers, Heat Exchangers and conversion or upgrade of existing units have been supplied for the main customers worldwide with excellent results.
Any application with high dust loads, corrosive environment, wet, abrasive or sticky materials are involved in this industry and CTP grants decades of experience both in equipment design and process control.

Air pollution control
Fabric Filter: Zero Emissions* NEW PM10 control *performance achievable < 0,1 mg/Nm3 compliance with local environmental regulation.
ESP Conversion to Fabric Filter – Technology Upgrade Shield.
Nuisance Filter – Small components, big impact.
DeNOx – SNCR Break NOx Emissions.
DeSOx – Dry& Semi-dry process. Stop SOx Pollutants.
High-performing fabric filters to reduce dust emissions
Fabric filters are widely used in industrial applications in order to keep under control the level of emissions of dust at the outlet or at the stack to comply with local environmental regulation.
Process filters are , unlike the standard-ones, outcome of the optimization of multiple factors and they always have a highly customized design.
Plus of SWAP Technology:
-
Best efficiency in cleaning of long bags
-
Keep constant the pressure drops over time
-
Reduced consumption of compressed air thanks to the quick opening of the piston valves
-
Modular assembly
-
Shorter erection time

Nuisance Filters
Fabric-rubber conveyor belts, multi-ply, for general purpose use, are designed for transportation of loose materials in the condition with no specific requirements related to the working conditions and the properties of transmitted material. They can be used in all industries, including the mining of combustible and non-combustible minerals in the absence of fire hazards.
The belts are made of polyester polyamide (EP) or polyamide-polyamide (PP) fabric plies combined with a special rubber core and rubber covers with properties tailored to the type and granulation of the transferred material.
